I've posted a new translation of Albert the Great's "De homine", tractate 1, Question 20, Article 5, on "How color is in the medium and the eye".  Here Albert wrestles with the problem of how a transparent medium (like air or water) can simultaneously transmit multiple colors through numerically the same space.

I have made available a new translation from Averroes's Long Commentary on Aristotle's De anima, Book II, sections 66-75.  This translation includes Averroes's interpretation of the Aristotelian theory of light and color.
